Aerogelic launches across the Phoenix metro area—including Chandler, Mesa, Tempe, Scottsdale, Glendale, Queen Creek—and operates as far north as Show Low or Pinetop. We choose sites daily based on wind patterns.

We welcome children aged 6 and older. Our oldest passenger was 106! However, we do not allow babies, toddlers, pregnant individuals, or those with recent major medical restrictions.

Passenger weights are required for safe balloon balancing. There’s a surcharge for passengers over 250 lbs; flights over 300 lbs require booking an extra ticket.

Expect views of the Phoenix skyline, Sonoran Desert, mountain parks like San Tan and McDowell, lakes, and even the university stadium — depending on wind direction.

Safety comes first — flights are canceled or postponed in unsafe weather. You’ll be automatically rescheduled or receive a refund if that’s your preference.
